Meet Florentyna
A few years ago, I moved to Queenstown with my family after years of working in Asia. My journey in fashion began in Canada, where I’m originally from, and took me through China, where I worked closely with designers and factories, eventually leading product development for global brands. But over time, the industry began to feel distant. The rise of fast fashion, tech-driven trends, and constant change made me put a pause.
Since then, I’ve explored other industries, including education and real estate. Each chapter taught me something valuable about people, priorities, and communication. Learnings about the culture and the community which I now carry with me with confidence into personal styling.
In a world that has shifted so much, especially post-pandemic, many of us have fallen into a rhythm of casual dressing. But I believe style still matters. It’s not about chasing trends or dressing up for the sake of it. It’s about aligning how you feel on the inside with what you show the world on the outside.
